3. Payments & Fees

• All course fees, deposits, and service payments must be paid in full before training or service delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No training slot is secured without proof of payment.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued for failure to attend training without prior notice.
• FM ENTERPRISE reserves the right to reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Training & Safety

• Participants must follow all safety instructions.
• Proper protective equipment must be worn during practical sessions.
• Participation in practical training is at the participant’s own risk.
• FM ENTERPRISE is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence or misuse of equipment.

6. No Guarantee of Business Success

FM ENTERPRISE provides education and guidance. We do not guarantee:

• Business success
• Profitability
• Production output levels
• Market demand
• Employment opportunities

Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and business management.

7. Equipment & Machinery

• Clients purchasing equipment are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and safe operation.
• FM ENTERPRISE is not liable for damages caused by incorrect usage or third-party modifications.
• Warranties (if applicable) are subject to manufacturer terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All training material, manuals, templates, videos, systems, and documentation remain the intellectual property of FM ENTERPRISE & Skills Development.

Materials may not be:

• Reproduced
• Resold
• Shared publicly

9. Limitation of Liability

FM ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for:
